If you’ve had a change of heart, you may return your unopened TUSHY bidet within 30 days of your original order date.

Return Authorization

All returns must be pre-authorized by our team. To request approval, please contact our Customer Support team at bootyblissguarantee@hellotushy.com

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unopened with the security seal fully intact
  • Once a product is opened, it is not eligible for return
  • We do not ship products in outer boxes, so if you are unsure about compatibility or gifting, please reach out before opening the product

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Warranty

All TUSHY bidets include a 12-month limited warranty covering defects in parts and equipment. Defective parts will be replaced at no cost within the warranty period.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
